Jaguar IRS unit

As part of the work on an E-Type that was being restored in the workshop, we rebuilt the IRS unit. We stripped the original unit, before having the components media blasted, powder coated, zinc plated, and painted as necessary. Once complete, we rebuilt the unit with new bearings and bushes before reassembling and refitting it back into the car. The following pictures show the before and after.
